About Stadium Sports Apparel
Stadium Sports Apparel specializes in sublimation, vinyl and embroidery to bring your ideas to life.

The company was established by friends in Pensacola, Florida who wanted to provide their customers with good quality jerseys and customer service. Our first love is baseball and creating custom baseball jerseys, but we can make jerseys for any sport.
​
We can also customize apparel for special events such as a family reunion, wedding party or vacation. They make for great gifts and mementos of any occasion.

What sport do you play?
We can make custom jerseys and uniforms for just about any sport: baseball, softball- fastpitch and slowpitch, soccer, volleyball, basketball, lacrosse, cheerleading and more. We've even done bowling teams, dart leagues and roller derby!

What is sublimation?
Sublimation is a newer way to get designs onto fabric and other products. The ink is printed on paper and then put in a heat press where it sublimates (goes from a solid to a gas) and adheres to the fabric. It works best on polyester or high polyester blended fabric.

Sublimation uniforms yield a bright design that will never crack, peel or fade.
How do I know which is best for my design?
Our design team is here to help! We want you to look and feel your best. There are advantages and potential drawbacks to any method selected, but we want you to be happy with your final product so we will help weigh the pros and cons to get you to the best option.
Can you color match?
At Stadium Sports Apparel we try to match colors as closely as we can. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors will match other manufacturer’s products (such as shoes, belts, hats, pants, etc.). If something is needed to match, please provide a sample of the item.
Furthermore, actual color previews may vary from the mock ups and computer screens due to computer monitor settings.
Do you ship?
We ship to teams who play throughout the US. If you play locally to Pensacola, Florida (Pace, Milton, Gulf Breeze, Foley, Alabama, etc.) You are welcome to save on shipping costs and pickup from the shop. However, we support teams throughout Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and beyond!
Do help leagues?
Yes! We offer custom uniform packages for leagues. We make uniforms for little kid leagues up through adult recreational leagues. We have leagues that have all the same design or ones where each team is unique.
Handmade Products
All of our products at Stadium Sports Apparel are individually handmade or hand crafted. Due to this process, there may be slight variation from one item to the next. Such variations are inherent in the manufacturing of handmade products, so you may expect minor distinctions and subtle variations from once piece to the next, caused by the variations in the substrate as well as the hand crafting.
Product Care
Vinyl Care and Warranty
Vinyl is not permanent; it will eventually crack, peel or come off. Some ways to increase the longevity to your vinyl is to wash the garment inside out using cold water. Avoid ironing the area. Vinyl has a 30 day warranty. If vinyl comes off of the garment within 30 days, please send an email to stadiumsportsapprel@gmail.com to arrange for the vinyl to be replaced.

Sublimation
Sublimation is permanent to the garment, although in cases when exposed to direct heat (like ironing) the image may fade, transfer to other materials, or be removed. Do not iron sublimated garments.
