Why book a patch hat and shirt party?

You can personalize your very own patch hat and t-shirt!

There is no set up or clean up- just bring your friends and show off your creativity.

It truly is a party- bring your own snacks and drinks.

What kind of parties do you host?

We host parties for any reason -- or no reason at all! This event is great if you have a team building event, bachelorette party, birthday party, girls' night out, sports crew or book club outing.

When can I have a party?

Parties are available 6 days a week. Check our availability here.

How do I reserve my party?

Visit our online booking page or call 850- 741-4021 during business hours.

How do I pay for my party?

A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking, however that deposit is applied to the balance of the party. Payment must be received prior to party starting.

How much lead time do you require?

When it comes to scheduling the sooner the better! Popular days and times can book up quickly. We need the roster form 1 week prior to the event to ensure your favorite colors/sizes are available.

How do I fill out the roster form

Rosters are due to Stadium Sports Apparel within 7 days of the party. Fill out the roster form with the participant's name, their hat choice and their shirt color and size. Colors are shown on the website.

If there is a theme to the party let us know so we can get some special patches and designs to celebrate.

Do you offer any discounts on parties?

Our price is $50 per person which includes a personalized patch hat (up to 4 patches) and t-shirt. With groups of 12 or more, we offer a discounted rate of $45 per person.

Are non-participating guests allowed?

We love to share the patch hat and shirt party experience with as many people as possible, but due to seating limitations we require all people in attendance be registered.
